Strictly from Hunger
Cover Story
The title Strictly from Hunger came from my dad. As a teenager
living at home with my parents, my dad would periodically tell me that
the music I was listening to was strictly from hunger (objectionable music
that he did not want to listen to). Realizing my dad would find my electric
guitar style objectionable, I decided to name my first electric guitar
CD Strictly from Hunger.
The cover picture is the first thing that came to my mind when I asked
myself what I wanted on the cover--the small of a woman's back. Consequently,
I hired Malisia Petropoulos (www.Malisia.com) for a photo session and
was able to come very close to my original idea.
